I've got a lot of House of Puzzles jigsaws. I find them very enjoyable to do and not too challenging. I don't like anything too difficult as I feel it's then more like hard work more than an enjoyable hobby!

I haven't done jigsaws in years but enjoyed spending the time making this one up. Start to finish it took me 3 hours but I was getting distracted while trying to organise the pieces trying to put other bits together. There are a lot of different elements to the picture so it was easy enough to separate out the pieces although I did find the bottom corner bread and the walls a bit samey so it did get a little more difficult in low light / with lamp on as they all looked the same tone. I liked the size of the pieces - it says they are big but they're not over sized. A few of them hadn't been cut properly in that the backing hadn't sliced through properly so it ripped off but other than that it was fine. I really liked the variety in the piece shapes though because they weren't all the traditional ins and outs. I didn't really have any issue with false fits either. The box image has been stuck on top of the box lid and there was a lot of air bubbles on mine which was a little distracting when using a lamp. Overall though, a decent jigsaw. Not one you can pick up though and it hold together.

…. We all love jigsaws in this family, but Mum is the queen of them. She favours HoP large piece jigsaws, and has bought absolutely loads over the years. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to order a few HoP jigsaws, and we like them all equally.My family are all coming to me this Christmas, so I am saving this jigsaw - and a couple of other HoP jigsaws - until Christmas. I shall set up two puzzles at a time, a floral themed one and an event themed one.I will update my review and photos once completed. Genuinely though, we, as a family, find HoP jigsaws to be excellent quality, and good valueNow my dear Mum is in her late 80’s, she finds the large piece 500 HoP jigsaws more appropriate for her…..she used to do 1000 piece standard size bless.I would absolutely order again, and I am very happy to recommend

Just the right level of difficulty. I'm getting nearer to 40 than I can bring myself to admit, and it took about 2 leisurely afternoons to complete.I offered to lend it to a friend who said they enjoyed puzzles."Oh, I just watch people streaming themselves doing jigsaws, I don't do them myself."Suitable for ages 30+, or whatever age bracket didn't have a smartphone growing up!

This puzzle is 1000 pieces but the pieces are quite a decent size so perfect for most ages. The scene on the picture is nice a varied so not too hard to build. A lovely cosy picture at the end. Would recommend.

This is a nice puzzle with extra large pieces for people with dexterity or sight problems. Also may be good for older children who like puzzles and what a bit more of a challenge. The picture is not real-life but still nice. The pieces are approx 3.5 x 3cm. The lid is a very snug fit and a bit difficult to remove. Would be nice to have some real-life scenes in this series rather than all drawn/animated.

This HOP puzzle comes in a large cardboard box with a leaflet and the pieces sealed in a plastic bag.The pieces are a nice thick card and nearly double the size of a standard puzzle piece with some random cut pieces in different shapes.I’m an avid puzzler and found this puzzle a real joy to do nice and easy but still very busy so doesn’t drag on to on long and the bigger sized pieces made it easier to see without having to use reading glasses.Lovely quality thick pieces with a very vibrant image.Would definitely recommend this puzzle for anyone not wanting to much of a challenge or someone with poorer sight or just to enjoy the larger pieces!

I've tried two jigsaws from this company, and they have both been very good! The quality is good, the pieces are solid enough to scuff around and pick up. They're also larger than the average jigsaw piece, meaning they're excellent if you have poorer eyesight as you can more easily see what's on them.I also think it's important to support actual artists instead of AI-generated content, so I love that these are actual painted images. Even if the technical skill is a little wonky, it just comes off as charming and cute. It's been very relaxing spending time doing them in the afternoons, and would make a great hobby gift.
