Review: I bought this pre-workout because I train early mornings and sometimes late evenings, and I wanted something effective without caffeine. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, mostly for strength training and leg days at the gym. Performance-wise, it does exactly what I was hoping for. I don’t get that wired or anxious feeling, but I still feel more focused and ready to train. The pumps are noticeable, especially during longer sessions, and my endurance feels more consistent thanks to the citrulline and creatine.
