Product overall appears to be of good quality, however I am not a fan of the lid design so I returned it. Lid has a concealed small hollow cylinder compartment sort of thing to which you attach the straw. You don’t know if the inside of that compartment is dry. There is no way to see the insides of that compartment to make sure there is no mold overtime. Also there is no easy way to remove & clean the silicon or rubber ring around the compartment that basically makes the bottle leak proof. This rubber/silicon seal is too deep inside the lid to use a knife or fork to remove. Overall the lid is poorly designed. If I cannot disassemble is completely it is not ok for me.

Overall good bottle, but this one was leaking. Contacted their customer support and they're sending me out a new lid. Also, I was tinkering with this lid and managed to improve the leak issue by: flipping up the lid, using a very small screwdriver popping out the small circular black rubber piece by pushing down on it with the screwdriver (see picture), afterwards, tying a string around the tip of that piece, threading it back through the hole, pulling it in tight, then cutting off the string, now it seems to be sealing better.

Easy to use and easy to clean!

Keeps everything cold and have had no leak issues. Matches my son’s book bag as well. It has durable exterior enamel and has stood up well so far to falls/ throws to ground. Easy to come apart and have had no issues at all. Definitely a little heavy when filled but it isn’t being carried for extended periods of time.
