What a great covered frying pan this is. It’s the perfect size for most portions of just about anything.It’s nicely packaged and has a great fit and finish. The heat resistant wooden handle attaches perfectly and easily with a good quality locking Phillips screw. It even comes with a screwdriver, making assembly a breeze.The pan itself is beautifully finished with a super smooth finish that nothing seems to stick to. I’ve sautéed onions and garlic, cooked a variety of veggies, and even made a scramble all of which came out just perfect.If you like flipping your food over a fire like a professional chef does, than this is a great pan for you. I’m flipping my food better than ever now.It feels great in my hand and has clearly helped me kick up my culinary skills a notch or two.Because it’s PFOA Free I feel a lot more confident that I’m not introducing any toxins while preparing a nice meal.The instructions indicate that this should not go in a dishwasher, but trust me when I tell you that cleanup simply could not be any easier. Just a dab of dish soap, a soft sponge, and some hot water, and this pan is sparkling clean and ready to go immediately.Just like any other nonstick cooking surface I’ve used, the instructions indicate that only non-metallic cooking implements should be used with this pan. For me, this means either wood or silicone because I think these are the safest materials to use in the kitchen.If you’re getting the feeling that, I really like this, pan it’s because I do. In fact, I like it so much that I’ve already ordered a second one in a different size. If I could, I would give it more than five stars.I really enjoy cooking and the entire experience is greatly enhanced with good quality kitchen, products . In my opinion, this is clearly one of them.

I wanted to get away from the unhealthy toxic pans I’ve been using for years. Had no clue how this ceramic pan would be a game changer for me when it came to cooking! I looove the way it browns things for me & how it cleans up so easily! Like things just slip off of it! Great product going to get more sizes! But wait! The handle - I love the sturdiness & feel of the handle! And they give you an extra screw & a screw driver if it loosens. But I can’t see that happening. Very thoughtful company. I never do reviews- but I love this pan so much!! That’s all!!

Well designed & easy to clean. Perfect for making omelets.

So far I am loving it. It's a big larger than my old pan which works well for a small omelet. It has a nice heft to it. My old pan (from another company) was so flimsy that I could not even crack an egg on the edge. No problems here. It cleans up easily and the eggs slide right out. The lid is a nice addition also.

This is a good frying pan; I use it for cooking steaks, chops and chicken tenders, too. It's a good size and sturdily made. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the interior of the pan has gotten discolored after many uses. I'm sure it's because of what I cook in it, which are items that need high heat to cook correctly. I would definitely recommend it as an all-purpose pan, and only gave it a 4 because of the discoloration; otherwise it would be a 5.

This replaced my pan like this one I dropped the first one and the handle broke This is just as nice Enjoying this as well Looks good, cooks good and cleans easy 👍🏻

Truly non-stick and light weight ! Wonderful to use and clean

Other than the handle being too heavy for the pan; it’s a great pan! It’s very nonstick I’ve had nothing stick to it.For the price just try one! For the price you have nothing to loose.
