Philips Ultinon Classic LED car headlight bulb (H4/H19), 3.500K warm white light, halogen color match, 80% more brightness*, Easy-fit LED bulb, set of 2

Works perfectly in my VW Splitscreen. Very bright indeed. Wouldn't work in my classic 1964 Fiat 500 without buying a headlight relay loom converter, these only cost about ten pounds from amazon, then the bulbs don't have a strobe light effect flicker. Very happy with the warm white colour too.

Fantastic. Brighter light that looks OEM, no horrible blue tint like most of the other LED bulbs. CRI appears to be good, with greens and reds nice and clear. Beam pattern in my Citroen C1 is fine, a little higher than the halogen bulbs, but I just set the load adjuster down 1 notch. LEDs never last as long as they say. Time will see what these are like.

My Classic had sealed beam headlight units, 60W/45W. not very good for driving at night on dark rural roads. I decided to upgrade and fit halogen conversions. These Philips lamps are far from cheap, but I bought a pair. The specified life expectancy, at 1500 hours, could be better though. I have checked their "aim", and the headlights did require adjusting down. Dipped beam has a well defined cut off, unlike some l.e.d.s which have a large light scatter. The 3500K warm white output is about the same as an equivalent halogen lamp. I don't know how the cooling functions because, except for the connectors, most of the lamp is inside the light unit and sealed in by the close fitting rubber cover. Hence no air circulation. It will be interesting to see how long they last - 2 years and a day?

Anche se più costose dei led generici a luce bianca, questa versione si adatta meglio grazie ad un colore più simile alle vecchie luci alogene ad auto storiche. La luminosità è buona, un ottimo compromesso tra le alogene e i moderni led. Rimane un punto di forza il minore assorbimento di energia.

Near normal halogen colour, but brighter. Not overpowering but great in inclement weather. Haven't had any one flash me or saying they are too bright. Great upgrade without that horrible blue look

Ces ampoules sont simplement parfaites. Pourquoi ? 1/ Parce qu'elles sont déjà très simple à installer => Installation identique à des ampoules H4 classique. 2/ Parce que la technologie Led offre une meilleure vision la nuit et sans contrainte pour l'utilisateur tout comme les usagers croisés (pas d'éblouissement par exemple, à condition que vos phares soient bien réglés !). 3/ Parce que la couleur de ces Led a été spécialement développée pour les voitures "anciennes". Il s'agit d'un blanc chaud qui n'est ni trop blanc, ni trop jaune. La voiture reçoit donc une touche de modernité avec une vision accrue par rapport à l'origine mais sans sacrifier le côté "vintage" et donc sans apporter trop de modernité qui casse le charme des voitures anciennes. Le parfait combo pour rouler sereinement avec son ancienne ;)
