This was the more affordable way to lace up my back - reccomended by my doctor. It is so painstakingly annoying to build. The lack of instructions is terrible. But on a positive note, it is extremely effective for someone who has scapula scoliosis. I wear this all day. You will look bulky like a potato but with a baggy top it is doable to hide. And lastly, everything js velcro so you can remove the padding and wash it cuz you will sweat an hour in to wearing this. An authentic brace is hundred of dollars. Just appreciate something like this exists because the structure of my back significantly improved.

Poor sizing information. Needed to be assembled with poor Chinese instructions. Complicated to put on. Rated 1 star because it was successfully delivered and zero was not an option. It’s cheaper to throw this in the trash than spend your time returning it

Video directions are on the Amazon page. (It's not that hard to put together.) I have scoliosis. After one day of wearing it 4-6 hours, my side quit hurting & I gained 3/4" back! I"m 5'4" (5'4 3/4" after), & I'm not sure it would work for anyone shorter -- it might not stay on your hip. Like others, I wish they had a few more holes to allow for shorter/taller adjustments. I looked at a chiropractor's brace, & it was $5000. This works great for the $.

Despite the not so great reviews and no instructions . This brace does work when wearing consistently. It’s a little difficult to put together but once you figure it out it’s great . It’s comfortable to wear and good quality . I’ve seen a difference within a few days
