Defective Product - Sound Malfunction
I'm extremely disappointed . The TV arrived promptly and initially worked fine. However, just ONE WEEK after , the sound completely stopped working. The picture quality was great, but what's the point of a TV without sound? Recommendation: Would not recommend this product until quality control issues are addressed.
