Good brand, works well
This is a solid unit and it gives out a lot of steam. The water reservoir is not large, so for lots of garments or big items like curtains you need to stop and refill a lot. Not a problem, but be aware that the unit might feel heavy because it’s a hand-held unit. I’m happy with it, I think it’s reasonably priced for the quality.

Works Great! Highly Recommend!
Received it today and used it today. I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED! It works great and better than my old Conair Steamer. Only small cons is that the water tank is a bit small, could be bigger.

Works well with some drawbacks
This steamer works great! It easily and quickly removes wrinkles in delicate fabrics without leaving water spots. The only qualms are that it is quite bulky and heavy, and it is cumbersome to use on dresses. The cord is very stiff and not very long, so you can only use it on a hanging garment if you have an outlet right next to it. In a hotel room, this is almost impossible unless you also want to pack a power strip or something.

Amazing!
Bought this to take to Vegas for our wedding later this month (tulle dress- must have)! Can’t recommend this gadget enough - not heavy, easy to use, and the attachment is wonderful for ironing or lint removal on the go!

Nice steamer/iron
I was surprised at how many mentioned this was really heavy. I didn't notice it being much heavier than a standard iron. I have been using this for a couple of months now and it works great. It is well made and puts out a lot of steam. The metal plate where the steam is emitted heats up and doubles as an iron. The cord is also plenty long. I am happy with this purchase

Does the job! As others have mentioned, it's a little clunky. Overall, recommend.
[TLDR;] Does the job! As others have mentioned, it's a little clunky. Overall, recommend.Tested it out on some thick old curtains that have been wrinkly since the day I put them up (2 years ago - don't judge). I used "super high" mode after the other modes didn't seem to be strong enough, or at least not for my patience level. The water lasted about 9 minutes on that mode and it was enough time to de-wrinkle the curtain (see the before and after pics - ignore the discoloration at the bottom, this is from the curtain being propped up on my air conditioner all summer and getting sun-bleached).You can hit the trigger twice to hold it in the "on" position rather than squeezing the whole time. That's a nice feature, but it's also pretty easy to accidentally hit it a third time while using it, which deactivates the feature. So, I had to restart the machine several times. Not a big deal, it just involves hitting the trigger twice again. But to make it less wonky, they should have put some kind of barrier between the handle and the trigger to prevent this. Or a more ergonomic / grippy handle. The water is easy to fill, once the tank is removed. Removing the tank is a little clunky. They should have a pull tab or something, would help out a lot. That said, the machine is designed to use regular tap water - not distilled. Good, because seriously who has the energy to deal with that nonsense. You just clean the mineral build-up in the machine out by running it a with half water and half white vinegar, then again with only water. Easy peazy.
