Many other neck pillows I have bought have arrived so stinky from the type of memory foam used that they ended up thrown out, but this one has absolutely NO SMELL from memory foam used!It goes around my neck well and the back part where ones neck is, the memory foam is super thin so it doesn't push your head forward like MANY neck pillows do! I position it sometimes to where the sides go up over my ears so it helps tremendously to reduce surrounding noises!
