I have an iPhone 13 Pro with an Otterbox Defender Series XT MagSafe case. I needed a MagSafe charger that had a longer cord so that I can still browse my phone in bed while I'm charging. I picked this one because it had good ratings, good price and the right amount of cord length I was looking for. The first week or so, it seemed to be working fine. But the last week, I've been noticing that my phone hasn't been charging or not 100% despite being connected (and my phone saying that its charging-green with the little lightning bolt) all night long. I've tried to observe every few mins if the charge increases, decreases or stays the same and its inconsistent. Sometimes the charge seems to jump up a few % and sometimes it hovers at the same amount, but it seems to be more often that it decreases, almost like its draining it faster. I have other MagSafe chargers around the house and this seems to be the only one that's doing this. Some chargers seem to charge slower than others, but this is the first time I've seen it say its charging, but NOT actually increase the amount of battery life, but actually almost deplete battery life instead. I went to bed with about 63% battery and I woke up about 6 hours later and it was at 38%. That's 25% of battery used while I was doing NOTHING on my phone for 6 hours. I'm giving 2 stars because I have only tried 1 of the 2 chargers and it DID work fine the first week. Update: the second charger is doing the same thing. It worked ok the first night, but barely charged the second night. (See photo from my last 24 hours of charging data from iPhone) I charged from 10pm to 8am and it still hasn’t charged past 50%

These chargers are awesome. I got my first 2-pack of these chargers back in 2023, and just ordered another set after one of them finally wore out after being heavily used on the go with me for the last 2 years (and it would have continued working fine if it hadn't been for user error on my part). The durability and magnet strength is just want I want in a magsafe charger, it holds the charger to the phone well enough that I can still use it while it's charging, but loosely enough that it's super easy to pull the phone off the charger once it's done. I would highly recommend these chargers and I will be purchasing these again.
