If you’ve seen Tam Kaur's videos, reading this book would feel like an extended version of all the advice she gives in them with more insights and vulnerability. Taking action by actually doing the homework chapters can truly bring a lot of change. I highly recommend this book to all girls in their twenties who love to consume such content. But if you've never read a self-help book in your life, I'd recommend you start with her YouTube videos first.
