Best thing...since bread and water!
I am NEVER without this garment. I had surgery, and it is a must for me. I have it on now, and I will not go a day without wearing it! I will NOT go out with out wearing it. It's true to size. It may take a little getting used to because it is sturdy, and made to last.I wear mine as a second outer undergarment, but if you do wear a second garment it will take a little getting use to. But believe me, this does EVERYTHING it' states in the information that is giving about it. It holds everything it place. Yes...it really does keep everything in place...almost effortlessly...to the point you will even forget that you are wearing it!Yes it is very expensive...but believe me it is well worth EVERY dollar that you pay for it. I know can NOT be without it...so I am willing to pay to keep everything in its rightful place, and with that happening, I am not in pain: because when I don't have it on...I am in pain. With it on...NO pain...ever!This undergarment is very well made . Holds no body odor. Does not become slack, or lose. and it has a waist drawstring which lets you adjust the tension in the waist. I bought the black...and next i will be getting the white, and the beige.

Life saver for pregnancy
Bought these in my second trimester during my first pregnancy, when I started noting swelling in my lady parts. These compression shorts have been a life saver! I immediately feel pressure relief and support the moment I put these on. I am a nurse and although they are too bulky to wear under my scrubs, I put them on the moment I get home abs ha e immediate relief. I bought two pairs of the biker shorts and 1 of the brief underwear. The shorts are comfortable enough without underwear underneath, but I always wear underwear underneath so I can wear them for multiple days in a row while keeping them clean. The padding is discrete enough that I have worn in public for quick errands. The briefs do look and feel like adult diapers, but they do the trick as well and would still recommend. I initially bought a M in the shorts but the waist band was too compressing and uncomfortable. For reference, I was 140# 5’6’’ athletic build pre pregnancy and probably weighed around 155 when I purchased the M. Exchanged for a large which fit way better in the waist while still fitting well in the underwear section. I did keep the M however, thinking these may be good for immediate post-party swelling and healing.

So glad I tried these
Update: They seem to lose their strength after wearing a few times—I am so glad I tried these. I recently had surgery for a rectal prolapse that has now failed. I SO wish I had these before my surgery. I suffered way too long… Because of these briefs I ran and played with my 4 yr old grandson today!I believe they need to be tight. I’m 5’ 8” about 160 and I went by the size chart and got a med, my normal size. A large might have worked. I wanted to make sure they gave a lot of support. (They’re not meant to make look thin) Make sure pull the drawstring tight and have them pulled up good. They are low waisted. (I wear them over my underwear) I wasn’t too sure how they really worked until I found I could run. Was so nice to have fun!I wish these didn’t cost so much but they are definitely good quality. Soft comfortable material can even be machine washed. I’m going to try buy another pair. For me personally, these changed my life.

Good product, but runs large
I like this product even though I’ve only had it a few hours. I went walking for the first time in a while, and I felt great. I’m excited to get back to living life. My only surprise was that the product was much larger than I expected it to be. I’m 5’7” size 12 jeans, and I ordered a large based on my hip measurement. The large is really quite big on me. I’ve pulled the drawstring as tightly as it’ll go, but it’s still somewhat loose. I just now reordered in a size medium. I wore my boxer style undergarment beneath my tightest workout pants, and it’s very comfortable. The fabric is thick, but very breathable and stretchy. The crotch area is particularly stiff (not in an uncomfortable way, though— it’s stiff as in supportive & strong) and it’s thicker than the rest of the garment. I was literally praying to find something that made me feel like I could get back to living my life, and even though these are a bit too big, I can already tell this is what I needed (just in a smaller size). I definitely recommend the boyshort/boxer style to any woman needing physical support so she’s no longer afraid of living life or living in constant fear of making the pelvic issue worse. These are a physical AND mental boost for me. I am keeping the size large, because I believe they’ll work well to wear with feminine menstruation pads. If you’re planning on wearing pads with them, especially the larger/overnight pads, it might be a good idea to order a pair one size larger than what you’d typically need, just for that time of the month.

Worth a Try?
After suffering from pelvic prolapse for a year I decided to try some support undergarments. The company put a lot of thought into their product and I cannot judge them on that. This medical issue can only be taken care of with surgery. Although the waitlist was 5 months for prolapse surgery, I can assure you that undergarments can help a little, but not worth the money.

Save your money
They feel no different than wearing bike shorts. I need something that helps with the heaviness from a prolapse.
