Many good things, straps can be better
Good, but not great. Like the construction and the white on the insides. More ergonomic and padded straps would have made it much better.

Is it value for money.
It has the quality of 900 to 1400 rs bag, all the money is going for the brand name lets wait an see how long it will last, I'll re comment in two years how this bag held along.
