The machine has broken down within 6 months, and customer support is not helping. They are committing fraud by falsely claiming that the warranty has expired, even though I purchased it on April 18, 2025. Amazon is also supporting them in this fraudulent behavior. am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a product I purchased on April 18, 2025, through Amazon. The machine has stopped working within just six months of purchase, which clearly places it well within the warranty period. However, when I contacted customer support for assistance, I was wrongly informed that the warranty has expired. This is not only incorrect but also highly misleading. Despite sharing the purchase details, I have received no genuine help or resolution. It is deeply concerning that both the brand’s customer support and Amazon are supporting this false claim, which I believe constitutes fraudulent behavior. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately. I expect a proper resolution in the form of a replacement, repair, or refund, as per the warranty terms. I bought it for mosquitoes. it's not made for mosquitoes. But it's still work for mosquitoes if the room is dark. I feel it's work good on kitchen bakery like that. Not recommended for mosquitoes. But the product is good one

Satisfied with the product. We had large insects flying around in dining area if the house, but with this product, it was able to zap all of them effectively. The 30 watts would have helped in catching these large flys and incinerate them in an instant. Con: The fly catch tray at the bottom is poorly designed. It's flimsy and dosent lock well in the bottom. The chance of insect remains to fall over during cleaning and maintenance is high.

Worst product & apart from it worst customer support..Never buy this product..I had ordered for a UV light which had fused after a month but yet to received it after 1 months of complain..PLEASE do not buy this product..it's a waste of money
