Really help with heartburn and acid reflux and provide quick relief. I prefer the mint flavour to the berry one. The texture isn't the best and can be a bit paper mache like which is why I now prefer to suck on them rather than chew them.

Its good for indigestion, its chalky and chewy, easy to swallow, you can carry a few in your bag, it works fast, very effective, I wouldn't say it was sticky, just chalky.
