This product here is incredible. I love being able to track my steps and ready score daily. The only con would be the red blinking in the middle of the night. But other that that this is the best smart device I have had in a long time

I really wanted this to work for me. Pros: The company offers a ring fit set so you can make sure you order the right size. The account setup was easy. Has a subscription for more insights. Cons: Expensive for the little biometrics that it offers. The focus is your heart function with a few other bios but I can get that and more from my watch. I kept a diary of how the 'spot on' the ring was doing and it failed. The stress bios was wrong 65% of the time. While the sleep shows levels of light, REM and deep sleep. I had a night of restlessness and it still graded my sleep at 85%. Overall readiness; just fluff. Add how your blood insulin is effected by the food you eat (real time). Track how the level of my work out is optimal for my heart. Remind me when I need to drink water.

This Gen3 Oura Ring really is remarkable-- it manages to track most of the common wellness indicators, but in a small, fairly comfortable ring that has good battery life. The app is also really fantastic, filled with helping virtual coaching info for sleep, rest, recovery, balance, resilience, and such. Certainly, this is not so much of a hard-core fitness tool as a health and wellness one: more of the emphasis is on improving overall well-being and fitness over time, rather than monitoring workouts. For me, it's ideal. And the app is so good that I don't really mind the small monthly subscription after 30 days (about the price of a coffee drink with tip these days!).

Der Ring ist super, auch von der Qualität. Natürlich auch sehr hilfreich, dass man ein Test-Ringgrössen-Kit umsonst erhält. Aber leider für den Preis zu wenige Daten verfügbar. Auch die APP ist ausbaufähig. Für den gleichen Preis kriege ich eine Smartwatch von einem namenhaften Hersteller bei welcher ich die gleichen Funktionen habe ohne Abo und ich kann damit sogar noch bezahlen z.B.
