Does targeted benefit only
it is good for masseter but not helpful for the temporalis muscles. As others reviews also point, it creates a suction and pulls inner cheeks in between it which is annoying.

No user manual
No user manual was there in the package ..I don't know if we have to prep it with hot water biting exercise before using ...can someone please help
