Not up the mark
Very poor packaging, came in a simple plastic cover without any instructions or manual. They sure did a major cost cutting for this product. No grab handle provided as per mentioned in the description or the pictures. Wont say its a bad product but not worth the money which one is paying. Have used better memory foam pillows than this. Would suggest to buy at one’s own preference.
