Fantastic scenery for the collection
This set captures everything great about LEGO NINJAGO — action, creativity, and fantastic design. The Wolf Mask dojo looks dynamic once built, with clever details and moveable parts that make battles come alive. My kids especially love the minifigures; the masks and weapons look epic. The build takes just enough time to feel challenging without being frustrating. It’s durable too — we’ve rebuilt it twice and it still holds strong. Great value for display or everyday play, and a solid pick for any NINJAGO fan.

Hours of playtime - many parts and minifigs
Although our 5th grader has a lot of other Lego kits this one was highly desired for the many features it includes for the play action for after the build. There are multiple minifigs and allows our child to play endless scenarios from the show or the books or imagination. The kit has several instruction manuals and many bags of parts - so it may be something that’s best assembled by an experienced kid builder or a child-adult pair. The price is high but the quality of parts, instructions and features surpasses those of off-brand brick building kits.

More exciting and impressive than smaller Ninjago sets
My son is 7, and even though this set is rated 9+, he enjoyed it a lot more than the smaller Ninjago arena. It’s a bigger, more impressive build and feels much more “grand” once completed. It took longer to build and we worked on it slowly over a few days, with some help from me, but that actually made it more engaging. I bought it when it was on sale, which made it feel like a better value. Once finished, he was much more excited to play with this set compared to the smaller Arena. One thing to note is that the top section is supported by just two columns, so it can feel a bit unstable and easy to knock over during play. Overall, it looks great, encourages imaginative play, and works well as a centerpiece for a Ninjago-themed setup.

8+0 years old enjoyed it, but it was not easy. 9-10 YO would be more adequate for this project
My grandson asked his two siblings not to help him, and completed the job in few hours. Two others watched with admiration. The outcome is great! He was very proud. The job required a lot of patience, and even skills in using some tools.
