These B12 drops have been amazing! I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy and focus since I started taking them regularly. My serum B12 was borderline deficient and my active B12 was deficient at just under 37.5 pmol/L. The NHS only test serum and will usually wait until levels drop outside of 'normal lab range' before they will consider treatment, by which time you're feeling the affects of a deficiency (freezing cold, aching, pains, myopathy) the list goes on. I decided to take action and wanted a product which would provide a strong dose to boost my B12. I really like this product. Because dosing is via drops and not tablets, it's more absorbant and far easier and more convenient than taking a tablet. The dropper alloed me to adjust my dose accordingly (for two weeks I dosed the full amount, then halved the daily dose until the bottle was finished). My active B12 level has increased to 144 pmol/L (over 3/4 through lab range) and I certainly feel that most of the symptoms I experienced have now gone or dramaticaly subsided. The taste is sickly sweet, but perfectly palatable. Overall the product is very good value for money, more so now that I only need a maintenance dose which will stretch the product a little further.

Does the job but sickly sweet so unable to complete the course. There are other versions available that are just as effective by without tasting like you have swallowed half a cup of sugar in a a thimble of water - Yuk! If there was an option to split the score I'd score it higher for effectiveness and Zero because it is overly sweet.

Very effective

I was hitting a brick wall every day at midday , I looked into tiredness, possible B12 missing , as I can’t get a GP appointment until 2034 I went it alone . It’s not sickly it’s ok … After 2 days it got to brick wall time and it come and went , don’t get me wrong still tired but it’s manageable so something must be working… it’s the only change I’ve made . 60 days worth for a few quid give it a go

Love the flavor little sweet but enjoying not swallow tablet form. I’ve noticed the benefits. More energy less tired. Nice product. On my reorder list.
