This plate is advertised as a “dinner” plate but it’s actual size is more relevant to a side plate. I purchased as a replacement for one I gave out with a home made pie but I am afraid that it is only big enough for a very small one or two portion pie. I have kept it as I sometimes get “left over” mixture and will use it for that
