I used these insoles on a recent hiking trip to give my feet some extra support, and they worked really well. The high arch support made a noticeable difference, especially on longer trails where my feet would normally start to ache. They provided a comfortable cushion and helped reduce foot fatigue, which I really appreciated after hours of walking. The fit was great, and they stayed in place inside my boots without slipping. Overall, if you’re looking for extra support during long hikes or for everyday use, these insoles are a solid choice.

I’m using these for my work shoes. I stand on my feet for about 8 hours every working day averaging about 20k steps. I already have Shows for Crews branded shoes which are decent in terms of arch support and overall insole quality but not perfect. They specialise a lot more into the upper material and very heavily into the outer sole. These can be easily cut to size.I got these as I had a similar product years ago and it was excellent. At the start it’s unnatural and feels like something under your foot which there is but once you get adjusted they become an integral part of a uniform.If you feel discomfort stick with them for a few more thousand steps just in case. Trust me! You don’t need to have plantar fasciitis to need these, if you work shift work or stand a lot your feet will naturally droop after hours and the support is more than needed.Unlike other “sports”, “work” and other marketing terms used on competitors these are straight to the point with the arch support. For reference, a lot of insoles sold are either dial based (good for comfort but can actually strain foot if working for long times) or gel (good for nothing, really…). These are actual arch support insoles with a pronounced curve which will not flatten with time like gel soles deteriorate and fall to pieces, Scholl comes to mind.I recommend these as they are a good value for money and do as they say on the tin. Do your research on insoles and arch support. Make sure these suit your needs. If you want insoles for walking the dog for 5 minutes and don’t have plantar fasciitis then foam could very well be a better solution.For what these are made for and advertised for I cannot complain. Verdict is 5 stars.

Can be trimmed to size easily, simply trace around your shoe insole. I do find these a bit thick for my daily shoes but better in walking boots, boots and wellies, so maybe better for the winter months when you don't want to wear sandals.Good support and help offer a bit of comfort when walking or standing. Decent quality, well made and effective.

Another fantastic insole from Welnove.This fit my (UK) size 12's perfectly, but they can be easily trimmed.They have good arch support, and are comfortable on the heel, which is great in heavy work shoes when on your feet all day.Overall, a really great insole.

As someone who suffers from Achilles tendonitis, I've tried numerous different types of insoles to try to ease the discomfort and make walking and running a little more pleasant. These ones are a good fit to size. I wasn't sure which size to get and opted for the L because there is the option to trim some off the front. There are lines to mark where you should cut. The L size is supposed to be UK size 9.5 - 10.5 and were slightly big for a size 9 running shoe. A quick trim with a pair of scissors and the insoles fit nicely. Better than ending up with smaller insoles that move around inside the shoe.I loved the the amount of cushioning provided by these insoles, but there is one major thing to note. The insoles are fairly thick, which means that my foot was pressed up against the top of my shoe during about two and a half miles of walking. There was a noticeable red mark on my skin on both feet and a visible indentation after I took my shoes and socks off. This is not to condemn these insoles at all as all shoes are different. People should be aware that they will work best with shoes that are a bit spacious. As someone who has suffered stress fractures to metatarsals (bones in the top of your foot) due to shoes being too tight out on a run, it is better to be careful.These are excellent insoles with great cushioning, and will work well provided your shoes have a little bit of room in them between the top of your foot and the upper part of the shoe.

They provide great arch support and cushioning, and they've helped to relieve my foot pain.The insoles are also very comfortable to wear. They're not too thick, so they don't make my shoes feel too tight. I've been wearing them every day for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my foot pain.

Great and comfortable. I wish the insoles had a bit of a higher ridge at the arch but I noticed a difference in my pain levels in my feet when I'm out of shoes now with the extra support when I do wear shoes.

Very comfortable to wear and a perfect fit. I have small feet and the extra small size was awesome for my shoes.

Had foot surgery and I tried several different insoles, these ones are awesome, the arch support is great, but it also supports your heels. It great product for the money, I was having pain on my other foot and these made it go away. Will definitely buy again!!
