Amazing product , I can have a hard time sleeping at night due to my fight or flight going crazy prob due to cortisol being to high at wrong time. This products combination of all natural ingredients, which is important, has reset my circadian rhythm so well. I’m waking up earlier feeling more refreshed and going to bed earlier while falling asleep faster. My workouts have no longer plateaus , prob due to adrenal fatigue and not recovering properly during sleep, and I have more drive during the day. I would highly recommend this product for athletes , people with high stress jobs , and definitely parents.

Effectiveness: I have been tested for cortisol twice, once before starting this product and again just recently after using for several months. My cortisol level has actually increased slightly, so it is not helping with that. However I have to say it is definitely helping me sleep when I take it along with Organic Ashwell Gonda at night. Seems to be the magic bullet for getting me through the night. So I will continue this product but don’t expect it to lower your cortisol.

good sleep but digestion still an issue

As someone who has a high stress job, it can be hard to unwind at the end of the day. I had been searching for a product to help me relax and just unwind before going to sleep. I have trouble sleeping and getting my mind to relax. I had tried meditation, melatonin and a bunch of other products. I was skeptical at first because so many of the products I had tried didnt work, tasted disgusting, smelled horrible and just were not worth it. This cortisol stabilizer is the first product that truly has worked. I have seen such a difference in my sleep and stress levels. It also is affordable and does not have a weird smell or taste. I highly recommend this product

I love how easy it was to relax with the help of these supplements. They were a quick and loose stress way of getting my sleep back on track. The price was great too! I have not gotten many benefits from herbal supplements before, but when a friend insisted I try this for sleep and cortisol control, I gave it a try. I took my first single capsule last night. It says to take up to two, and WOW. I had planned to go for a run in the morning, but when my wife woke me up an hour later than normal, it was too late. I had not slept like that in a long time. I can't say about cortisol levels yet, but if it works as it did for sleep, this is going on my subscribe and save list.

I don’t recommend it. Keeps me awake and doesn’t make me relax or sleepy it was very hard on my stomach as well
