I recently had surgery that involved a lot of sitting and laying during recovery. This led to body stiffness especially in my neck. I went to the chiropractor and he commented on all the knots I had in my back and especially my neck. He would adjust everything and before I got back out to my truck I could feel it all tightening again. I tried heat, cold, pain relievers, laying down, walking around, and hot baths. I got my back to loosen up but not my neck to my shoulders. My daughter and Chiro both suggested a TENS so it was certainly worth a try. It took a couple of weeks but my neck loosened up. This is a great little unit that comes with everything and is easy to use. It has different settings for mode, timing, and intensity. Wish I’d have bought one years ago!

Great product! I’ve had lower back pain and sciatica for years. Only one use so far for 20 minutes and complete relief. Adhesive on the pads does come off some on the skin. Very light machine. Easy to set up. Battery holding up very well. A solid product. For $20+ you can’t beat it.

My last tens was an oxiline pro, so it had a touchscreen and all sorts of fancy features, plus it put me out $100. I genuinely like this unit better. I really didn’t think I would. I felt like I was settling because I broke my oxiline dropping it on the floor one too many times the other day and didn’t have the money to immediately replace it, but now I don’t want to. The physical buttons are honestly so much better than a touchscreen for a tens unit, especially for when I’m at work and keeping it in my pocket. The pads that came with it are super sticky and don’t leave me with any skin irritation. The battery lasts all day. There are tons of great settings and the pain relief is just as good, if not better than what I got from my more expensive tens. I think this unit is a phenomenal quality for the price and I couldn’t recommend enough. I am not kidding when I say I almost regret buying a more expensive one to begin with.

This little unit is extremely powerful. I have been suffering from bulging discs and paresthesia for 7 months now. My physical therapist loaned me an extremely expensive and complicated unit that has been wonderful, but because I have to return it to him, I took a chance on this one. Although it lacks many of the features that the professional unit has, it hits MUCH HARDER than the professional unit. Honestly, although it lacks the sophistication and features of the professional unit, it is much more effective simply due to the unit's strength. If you are looking for a basic unit then this really is the one for you!

Works great to release tension in my neck and helps with my migraines. The battery life is long lasting. My only complaint is it doesn’t always stick well.

Update: I got the unit to work and although I got it for muscle recovery, I found it to be SUPER helpful and enjoyable for lower back and pelvic aching. Feels like a little escape/massage that I can easily enjoy while working from home or relaxing in the bed before going to sleep for the night. It really is a great product and $23 well spent!

It's easy to use right out of the box. It's light weight. Charges quickly and last a long time. It does a great job at easing my pain. Good for relaxing too. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter-in-law. She just loves it. It's a great value for the money to. You can also order extra pads for it to. I just love this thing.

This muscle stimulator has 40 relaxation modes and is excellent; the battery life is very long.

الجهاز يحوي ثلاث برامج استشفاء وعلاج اعصاب وريلاكس وكل نوع له 20 درجة من قوة البث او الكهرباء من فوق 5 قوي .... وكلها برامج تعمل بكفاءة ولكن الحذر من قوة الكهرباء التي يبثها صراحة قوية ابداء بالدرجات الاقل حسب التعليمات ايضا البطارية مررة ممتازة وتدوم اكثر خاصة ان الجلسات عادة لا تتجاوز ربع ساعة ايضا ممتاز للعصب السابع بس بحذر واختيار البرنامج المناصب كما في الصور التي تظهر في الجهاز المختصر انصح فيه جودة صناعة وجميل معاك حتى في السيارة احيان اذا مسكت خط اشغله وانا اسوق مريح مع انه خطاء طبعا .
