This thing is probably just going in the trash unless we can find something that will work in it. You can see in the pictures that it either tears up the paper or it prints horribly inconsistently. It won't print on regular paper and thermal paper isn't good for long term paper files. So stenciling is what it was gotten for and the paper it came with didn't even work. We will try some other brands and types of paper but I don't see this thing being around for long.

If I can only figure out how to work this thing! It comes with instructions and I have just grazed over them assuming I could just connect and print. I do however love the sleek design and that it comes with paper to start its lightweight and does not take up much space!

This is a thermal printer so it will work with thermal paper or stencil paper. If you're an experienced tattoo artist, you will obviously know to use stencil paper.However, if you are new to tattooing, please know that you will need stencil paper with this item.The cool thing about this printer is that it comes with stencil paper (10 pieces). So you can make sure to test that it works without having to buy paper separately.While paper is relatively affordable for this type of item, it's nice that the manufacturers included 10 pieces for testing/playing around with.I have had no issues with this printer so far and I also use it with thermal paper for business purposes.Great all-around printer!Hope this helps.

Being a novice, hobbiest tattoo artist, I am always looking for new things to try out. I really like this tattoo stencil printer, as it allows a few different things. I can take my own digital art, or find some inspiration art to enhance and modify, and easily create a stencil. Loading the paper can be a little cumbersome, fighting with the carbons, but it is not terrible. I would call it an even trade for convenience. Print quality is on par with most other thermal printers and speed is dependent on your graphic, though relatively slow regardless (again, trade off for convenience). Connecting to the app is simple and overall ease of use is, well, easy, with only a small learning curve.

Comes in a small box with a travel bag, cord, and transfer paper (10 sheets).The printer feels and looks great, seems sturdy, and is pretty compact.When loading the transfer paper, be sure to take out the transparent backing paper, and cut off the yellow paper. It works best when the thermal heat is directly printing onto the carbon transfer. Load it with the transparent stencil paper facing up and the carbon paper underneath.When you load it, it will pull in the paper just a bit before you print.It takes a little bit of trial and error to size your images correctly to fit on the paper if you want a larger stencil, but it works great! The stencils I printed are super clear and look much better than the small thermal printer that I was using before.I use the app, as I do not want to install the program on my laptop, and I have had no issues with the app at all. Super self-explanatory and easy to use.Five ***** stars!
