Bought for my son who has ASD and struggles to wind down at night. He loves it. I was skeptical and tried it myself. Surprisingly nodded off and it calmed my wondering mind. Only had it a few days so hopefully get decent time out it as I’ve read other reviews. Worth a shot and doesn’t break the bank! So much so I’ve ordered one for me.

Well 1st night awake all night, re set it about 7/8 times while on my wrist hoping next time it would make me sleep, rubbish 2nd night ditto ditto as above!!!!!!!!!!!! why do i always fall for these things

This is a tiny tens machine for your hand. I was hugely skeptical, but the data from my Apple watch tells me that each time I use this device, my heart rate lowers. I can’t say I ‘feel’ it. I do fall asleep with it on, and often put it back on if I wake up. Has it solved my insomnia? No. Has it improved it? Maybe (very slightly), but if it wasn’t for my watch data, I wouldn’t think it had had any effect.

I purchased this for the reason of struggling with sleep which became worse with medication induced menopause. This works on the basis of specific pressure points to aid with sleep, such a small and simple device to use. I was not sure what to expect, but for me it has a positive effect. Positioned in left hand on a low currant is to help aid with sleep. Positioned in right hand on a higher currant setting is to help to have more energy when waking up. Easy to use, sits comfortably in your hand and automatically runs for 20 minutes before it shuts off. I have found when using it to aid sleep, especially when I have been woken in early hours it has helped me to gradually get back to sleep. It has been great being able to use something to assist with me sleeping without having groggy side effects. It is great that it can be charged via USB and I have used it for 20 plus sessions before needing to recharge.

Although I fall asleep easily, I often wake up in the night and have difficulty in getting back to sleep. Not only does this little gadget send me off to sleep quickly, it gets me back to sleep straight away when I get up to the loo in the night. Since getting this, my sleep has improved, and also my snoring has lessened according to my snore app! It also made my young grandson much calmer at bedtime, when he asked to try the "tickling machine", though I didn't leave him with it. I don't really get how it works, but it does, and I recommend it, (and I don't often write reviews!).
