A Philosophy of Education (The Home Education Series)
D**H
Maybe the most important volume in the Home Education series; don't skip it!
I was intimidated by the title at first, not being a very philosophical thinker myself. But I am so glad I finally got to this volume; it's excellent. It really sums up and clarifies what Miss Mason wrote in the previous five volumes, gives an overview of her methodology with examples of students' work to verify the success of her experience as an educator and trainer of educators. I wish I had finished this volume before investing in home school curriculum. I feel ready now to tackle this journey with her wise words as a guide.

Great Volume to Read first!
The most beautiful and simple, clean printed version of Charlotte's original Texts. Even though this is the 6th Volume, I recommend sharing this volume first with those who are interested in discovering more about if their own philosophy on education aligns with that of Charlotte Mason.
