This underwear worked great for medium-heavy flow, and had no leaks. It’s very comfortable and doesn’t feel wet throughout the day. Worked well to replace pads or tampons.

1) Insanely absorbent. I wore these during a period. Typically I have very heavy cycles (wearing adult diapers during my heaviest days), but I couldnt really tell if this was an unusually light period because:2) the gusset is SO black that you can't tell visually how much it is holding. After a while it starts to feel wet and that's when you know it is time to change it. On my heaviest days I was changing 2-4 times a day.3) The gusset is a bit wide, which at first I didn't like, but then I realized that that must be why there are literally ZERO leaks!4) SO COMFORTABLE. Feels seamless5) a little warm - to be expected with so many layers6) no weird crinkly sound like other brands I have tried!7) SIZE UP by several sizes!! I'm normally around an L and I had to get XXL.8) I washed and dried in washer and dryer, despite the description saying not to dry. Mayyybe it shrunk super super slightly?? I'm not sure. But no difference in quality and I would rather dry and risk longevity than have it hanging around my house. (as opposed to a different brand I tried - drying it actually destroyed the absorbent layer)5 stars. DID NOT think it was possible to get this kind of quality without paying $$$ for Thinx. Get a few packs!

These seem like really nice period underwear but the leg holes were small and the waist was wide. I ordered an extra large but the waist was too big and I knew if I sized down the leg holes would be even tighter. They were already too uncomfortable to wear at a size too big so I don't think there's any way the fit would work for me.However, the fabric was nice, the lining looked great and absorbent, was high enough in the front and went all the way up the back and was full coverage, and they were high-waisted as expected. I wanted to use these for postpartum recovery and if they had fit they would have been excellent. Maybe the fit will work for somebody else.

These have been so comfortable! I wash them normally and dry them on low heat and they're just fine. It's SO much more comfortable than wearing disposable pads and way better for nature, too. I will say, my menstrual cycles are heavier than average and I can't wear these to bed without them getting too saturated and leaking in the night, but if you have a lighter or normal cycle it should be fine. They don't cause bad panty lines in blue jeans, but I wouldn't wear then with leggings personally. All in all, they're great, I have no complaints and would highly recommend them!

I've tried it all when it comes to reusable period products. The cup, and various brands of reusable pads. These are by far my favorite. Definitely size up because what the other reviews on here are saying about the tightness on the thighs is true, but with a bigger size it's not even a problem. They are easy to wash (I use vinegar and baking soda for the smell) they fit well and do a really good job.

I bought these underwear before going through a hysterectomy. They work amazingly especially after having the catheter removed. No leaks at all and they went over my incision very well. Only issue I had is that my thighs are large and the leg band was tight. Wish I had ordered more because 3 pair weren’t enough for me.

I’ve tried several brands of period underwear over the years and after using these ones for a couple of months, they are by far my favorite. They absorb super well. I wear them during my 12 hour shifts and I stay clean and dry, even with a moderate flow. The band isn’t overly tight, so it’s not irritating, but hits just the right height on my waist with mild compression for security. I also appreciate that they are 100% cotton. I will say that I ended up sizing up a couple sizes. I wear a small in my regular underwear, but sized up to a medium due to recommendations in the reviews. I found the medium to fit well everywhere but was too tight in the leg holes. I then purchased the large, hoping they wouldn’t be too baggy. They actually fit perfectly! Very happy and will buy a few more pairs!

These underpants do everything they say and more. They are extremely comfortable and well made. They are worth every penny for piece of mind. Highly recommend these for those with incontinence. So happy I went with this brand. If your on the fence about these. Go for it. THey are well worth it.
