I Can Draw Animals (Usborne Playtime Series) Paperback – January 1, 2001

Got it as a spring break activity book for my 5 year old who is very much into drawing. Saw a monkey drawn on the wall the next day and knew where it came from :) So definitely easy to follow for kids.

A friend recommended I get this book for my 4-year-old. This is an outstanding book, and even I got to learn how to draw some animals! Ha, ha! Yes, and I'm... well over 35. Anyway, I can't recommend this book enough. It's a fun activity that you can do together with your kid or for your kid to do on his or her own. Or, if you're like me, spend a few minutes mastering some drawing skills yourself. Lovely depiction of different animals and easy to follow. You may need to provide some hand-over-hand assistance to your child if your child gets stuck. That's normal.

Granddaughter who is 4years old was so excited with this book. She looked at each page with more and more excitement. The colors are bright and bold. The book shows step by step how to draw a toddler's favorite animals from the trips to the zoo. I did buy some felt markers so her drawings would be bright and colorful as the ones in the book. Thank you for a learning tool at a great price and fast shipping.

VERY simple methods of drawing animals. I've used this several times in classroom, and the kids can follow along very nicely.

My grandkids love this book. It was fun to watch them sit and draw and get so excited that I could tell what they were drawing! Very easy and fun.

I've never taught my 5 year old to draw anything, she just looked at the step by step pictures and did it herself...this book is great, brought out her potential for art. She has fun making up her own stories now and drawing her own characters.

My five year old loves to draw and color. This book proved perfect for her. The instructions are simple enough for her to follow without assistance. This allows her to draw every animal in the book on her first try, improving with each effort thereafter. Some drawing books seem to advanced for young children proving frustrating; this one, on the other hand, is easy enough to allow confidence and challenging enough for her to continue to grow her coloring and drawing skills.

We purchased this book based on the recommendation of a teacher at your child's school in order to help further develop basic drawing skills. The images are easy to follow and reproduce. Highly recommend to others.

Non ho trovato una versione in italiano, probabilmente non esiste infatti non é venduto nelle nostre librerie. É scritto in un perfetto inglese e alla fine sono contenta perché sarà una occasione x insegnare anche quello!Il libretto é usato ma in ottime condizioni perché i fogli e la rilegatura sono perfettiC' erano alcuni disegni a matita ma sono riuscita a cancellarli e mio figlio lo ridurrà male perciò sono proprio soddisfatta di aver risparmiato un sacco comprandolo di seconda manoConsigliato inoltre perché facile e intuitivo x i bambini

This is a used book and Usborne seems discontinue the publish of this one. A very nice teaching material for children. All the animals inside are lovely and drawing instructions are easy to follow. Although the book is quite worn out, the content has exceeded my expectation. I try my best effort to "revive" the book by wrapping a transparent plastic cover. I hope my girl will treasure this book also.

Es sind sehr einfache Bilde, die man leicht malen kann. Perfekt für kleinere Kinder und Mammies mit Mal-Antitalent :) Genau, was ich gesucht habe.

I used this book to teach K-3 level students how to draw animals using basic elements of design. The steps are very simple and easy to follow and, after a few lessons, the children began to include their own ideas into the drawings. I started with practice lessons using pencil and paper then went to pencil crayon and crayons instead of colored chalk. Less mess and clean-up. We enlarged the final pencil designs to create large portraits. Turned out wonderful and unique to each child. Have fun!

Very nice book for kids 4 - 7 who love to draw....and I'm being told that eight more words are REQUIRED (!!)....So sorry but I really didn't HAVE eight more words....
