This is an amazing B-Complex! You can really feel the difference an your energy levels. The taste is pretty good for a B-vitamin as well!

Awesome stuff! I’m 46 years old and I struggle with the day-to-day energy due to effect that I have anemia on top of almost qualifying for elderly lol. But this stuff helps out tremendously.

This is the FIRST vitamin B Complex I've been able to take consistently & the 1st one to genuinely help increase my Vit B lab levels.

I mix this with juice and I hardly taste it, so I don’t know if it taste good or bad by itself. I definitely feel like it gives me more energy for the day..

I bought this for my daughter and she has been hospitalized for two weeks and can’t walk because of the vitamin B6 toxicity that build up while taking this product. Beware.

I'd used TwinLabs Liquid B for decades, but they recently discontinued it (despite my protests). I prefer liquid B-vitamins because B vitamins are water soluble. Tablets/capsules contain too much for the human body to use up and most of it is excreted in urine. As a doctor once described it to me...expensive, orange-colored urine. It's a waste of money. Liquid Bs make it possible to control this. Unlike Twinlabs' product, LiquidHealth's version has a much more subtle taste...tangerine...and it is easily mixed with water. In fact, I like to put a few drops in my drinking water throughout the day. This extends absorption by ingesting smaller quantities of this product over a longer time. Less waste. Since this bottle does not come with a pump or dropper, I keep a smaller bottle with dropper filled with it. As the label suggests, keep it in the fridge. I definitely plan to purchase another bottle as soon as this one gets low. At 32 oz, it will take awhile. I do not, however, recommend taking what is listed as the dosage on the bottle. It seems wasteful due to water solubility. Only fat-soluble vitamins can be retained by the body, after all.
