Udo's Omega 369 Oil
Been taking this product for a couple of weeks. It is not "sweet" to the taste, however it is OK. Sort of a smokey flavor.

Supposedly healthy
My daughter suggested I buy this along with Carlson cod liver oil. This Audi’s oil tastes good! I’ve taken this now for years and I feel it’s a very good thing.

Can't give this a great review
I do very few reviews and don't like to be negative but this one is important. I can't give this product a great review because despite some good stuff in it that could be health beneficial to you, there are many inconsistencies in description and verbiage used. It is very misleading and although some may be ok, some could be truly harmful. I bought this thinking I would be putting all good things in my body, that is not the case. For example, why is there Soy Lecithin? Here is how it is derived: To make soy lecithin, soybean oil is extracted from the raw soybeans using a chemical solvent (usually hexane). I don't want to put something in my body like this that's chemically produced and thinking it is "healthy". It's not. Furthermore, some people, especially women can be negatively affected by any soy at all due to too much Estrogen. Studies have shown soy lecithin to be strongly estrogenic, which can potentially be very harmful to some women (typically of a certain age). I don't want soy lecithin in my body, nor the chemical that produces it. The tocopherols, billed as "antioxidants" are actually a food additive. And looks to be chemically processed as well. The packaging and amazon description single out only certain ingredients as "unrefined". Note that any Refined oils (opposite of Unrefined) are not good for you, regardless if they are "plant based" or not. Why not simply state that all is “unrefined”, unless parts of the product actually ARE refined? - Read it all carefully. This is why we really need to understand what we are putting in our bodies, all on our own, and pay attention because they are not going to help us out here. It’s all about marketing. They will simply throw out a few buzzwords and appeal to the masses with things that seem familiar and may make sense on the surface. I realize there are worse products out there, but there is no excuse for this when people are thinking it is so ‘Great’. I could agree, if I compare it to something worse, or having nothing at all. But at least we, as the consumers, are trying to be healthier and do the right thing. But if you miss the fine print, you will miss the whole purpose of trying to be healthy in the first place. All this is probably to keep the cost down for the consumer and still make a lot of money for the business. Fine, do what you will, but I can just not buy it then. For my money, I'd rather it truly be healthy with no chemical processing etc. and pay more. That is the cost, we have to deal with it if we want pure products to help with true good health. I'm disappointed because I didn't buy this again for a long time, due to everything I have previously stated. Then recently I accidentally bought it because I forgot about these issues I had with it. But I got a refund and I'll get over it. I am better because I have the freedom to make this choice to just not buy it again.

It doesn't taste bad, it's just hard getting used to drinking oil
It doesn't taste bad, it's just hard getting used to drinking oil. It helps to add it to salad dressings. Tastes slightly nutty. I can't tell any effects from it yet, but I feel good knowing I'm helping my body. I think it might help me stay regular a little better and my skin looks a little better, but I think those are a combination of a lot of things.

A new use
I have discovered that viruses, fungi, or bacteria gets into honey and eats up certain elements that makes the honey crystallize. I wanted my gallon of honey to be fluid like normal. So I put the gallon of honey into boiling water, let sit as much as possible to melt the crystals, The crystals still were there. So I then put Udo's Dha Oil Blend oil, about 3/4 - 1 tea spoon into the honey. A drop or two of a secret oil - Shake it up as best as possible, then let cool down. It is all liquid again. Awesome.
