Four-disc set includes: Rocky (1976)This rousing underdog tale from writer/star Sylvester Stallone and director John G. Avildsen struck a chord with audiences around the world and won three Academy Awards, including Best Picture. With Talia Shire, Burt Young, and Burgess Meredith. 120 min. C/Rtg: PG Rocky II (1979)Retired from the ring and having trouble carving out a new career, Philly's own Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone, who also wrote and directed) reluctantly accepts champ Apollo Creed's (Carl Weathers) challenge to another fight, setting the stage for the rematch of the century (and invalidating the theme of the first film). Talia Shire, Burt Young, and Burgess Meredith also star. 119 min. C/Rtg: PG Rocky III (1982)In the third knockout drama, heavyweight champ Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) suffers a devastating defeat at the hands of mohawked club boxer Clubber Lang (Mr. T). With some unlikely help from former foe Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers), Rocky prepares to step back into the ring and reclaim his title. With Talia Shire, Burt Young, Burgess Meredith, and Hulk Hogan as Thunderlips. Written and directed by Stallone. 99 min. C/Rtg: PG Rocky IV (1985)"Yo, Ivan!" Sylvester Stallone is back as heavyweight champ Rocky Balboa, this time squaring off against towering Soviet boxer Ivan Drago (Dolph Lundgren), an unstoppable fighting machine who has already killed one man in the ring. All this, and a plea for global understanding, too. With Talia Shire, Carl Weathers, Burt Young, Brigitte Nielsen, and James Brown as himself. Written and directed by Stallone. 91 min. C/Rtg: PG

All I want is to, go the distance with Creed.
One of my all time favourite characters, in movie history. I already have them in dvd and bluray boxsets, it's great having them on 4k. Well worth the upgrade, look and sound great on UHD . Even though this isn't all of them, but the first 4 of them are my favourite of them all. You can get Rocky 5 and Baloba, for good prices on 4k. Highly recommended them, to everyone 👍

About as good as you will get
Bought for me and my son to watch the classics as he had not heard of Rocky. Viewed on a 4k 65" setup with proper surround speakers. Yes the first 2 are very old but still sounded and played very well. No issues here and really enjoyed watching on the "big screen".

Definitely A Step Up But Temper Your Expectations
This set is definitely a step up in picture and sound quality but dont expect the modern quality of a Marvel movie. I made the step up to the 4k blu ray set up hoping for a marked improvement in pq and sound. Im so glad I did as I now own a lot of 4k's that are much better than any other home presentation predecessor . I read the reviews before I purchased the Rocky 4k collection so I knew what to expect. The leap into 4k is definitely noticeable but the movies dont look brand new. The grain is baked into these movies due to the film stock and techniques used. I love the Rocky movies so any step forward in pq, regardless how little, im in and these are better than the blu ray set I own. There have been pitch issues amongst other dialogue problems reported but I never noticed anything with my discs

Still carries a big punch!
Every bit as good and exciting now as it was back in the day! 4K brings a new freshness and clarity. Great stuff. Highly recommended
