I love this handle. Originally I had bought just the keypad, but when I had hooked it up and saw the quality, I decided to see if they had the handle to go with it but only comes as a kit. So I unhooked the keypad and sent that back to receive the keypad and door handle set. Not only does it look good, but the quality behind all of it is heavy duty. This is not cheaply made. The holes align. The metal is all engraved to know where and how to position things. The troubleshooting information is well spelled out. This is not challenging to put together. It took maybe 5 minutes to do if you are replacing it with an old handle/keypad set. I am so glad that I returned the keypad to get the entire kit. I would definitely buy this for others too because of the quality in the material and the ease of the directions.

Easy to install and use

So far we are enjoying this lock, but had trouble initially to make it lock with the master code we wanted. Had to watch several videos on YouTube, but ran across a guy there (Smart TechVille) that explained things well. One important thing to know about the lock is make sure you use the resetting tool and leave it in the hole before you put the 3rd battery in and also while you're putting that battery in. Ours would not work properly until we did this. We have not tried any other functions except for changing our master code and locking and unlocking this lock so far. I rated this lock 4 stars because of frustration of having to watch videos. We bought it at an even better price because of a promo code.

Easy to install. Didn’t love the auto lock feature but once we turned that off it worked very similarly to our previous door knob

I love the look. It has the appearance of quality.The security, fit and mechanics of the locks are inept. I’ve been using the locks for over a month and when manually locking n unlocking it feels like you’re fighting against the internal gadgets there’s so much resistance and an awful sound is made. It is loud when putting in the numbers and when it locks n unlocks it makes much loud noise doing so. The auto lock feature worked great for 2 weeks then the dead bolt started opening n closing multiple times on its own. Troubleshooting it said the sensor wasn’t reading the door plate correctly so I moved it around n that fixed the problem for one day. So I reset the whole lock and it didn’t change anything. On a related topic, one day human error didn’t close the door forcefully enough and when the door tried auto locking the repeated attempts for it to try to lock actually made the door become more ajar, now, making it obvious to the public the door was open.Now, 6 weeks in and the lock has left me locked out of my own house. It wouldn’t recognize the pass codes. Luckily, my daughter was on her way home in minutes but while I was sitting and waiting for her the lock just unlocked on its own.Also, it does not fit older doors. The circumference is too big and a wider hole needs to be made.I would return it but hoping to work out the kinks I’ve now missed the return/exchange window. Totally disappointed and now feel more unsecure than ever.

Excellent lock and easy to program!

Don’t give in with the set up, took several tries and was about to send it back but eventually figured it out, the system needs to learn if it’s a left or right hand opener
