Well made, she found it to be as comfortable as it should be, and functioned as expected.

Tried another one off Amazon thinking they're all the same because... well... they all look the same, right. Ordered this one as a last minute replacement for one with a few hundred positive reviews (that one came with a lock fwiw - this one has a tab for a lock, just doesn't come with one) only because it'd get here faster for when I needed it (why I needed it so quickly and couldn't use the old one are... both stories I'm not getting into here). Anyway THIS one looks the same as the other more popular one but the straps are way more comfortable because they're softer and true silicone, the buckle holes are way more biologically realistic, the silicone on the mouth piece is thicker and much more comfortable (which trust me *matters*), and I'm petty sure the ring is slightly larger. Which all in all means everyone is happier. (Who everyone is we shall not, as aforementioned, go into here.)So I thought this would be a last minute "make-do" but now it's the go to.Don't be shy because this one has fewer reviews - it's seriously better. What can I say? The leather tore (don't understand how) when I tried to pull the snaps loose. I'm not strong and was using only my hands. Crappy materials, I guess. Of course they won't replace it. Save your money. Buy a good one.
