Charger worked great out of the box. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working 2 days after it arrived. The USB cable works, but the charging block just isn't doing anything.I suspect that it can only maintain 120W for a small period of time before it fries itself, which is fine for some devices (which will only draw max power for short bursts of time), but not devices that draw the power for extended periods.I will be returning this product and I urge people to not buy this product and instead buy a GaN charger from reputable brands like uGreen and Anker.EDIT: Shop offered full refund, so on the plus side the customer service is good.

The plastic prong has snapped off, I get it tucks away when not in use but not ideal as it got stuck in the socket.

I purchased this charger as a spare to my original. Its exactly he same. Great quality, works efficiently, great value for money and the charging speed it phenomenal. The size of the charge is larger that most standard chargers but the super fast charging outweighs the size issue.

Best thing I did was splash out some cash for a decent charger. Just the job...should have bought one before now!

The plug has usb A, 120W+ cables are USB C to USB C. This means you can only use the tiny cable that comes with the plug as other cables aren't up to the job. This severely limits it's use.
