This makes a smooth, chocolatey cup of goodness, whether hot or cold. Tastes like chocolate chai cocoa when served hot. It can be made hot or cold with just plain water, or I like to add half water and half milk to serve hot. Great drink for a morning pick me up. This large bag lasts a long time and is very fresh! If you also buy the raspberry flavor, you can combine the two. It’s divine!

I want to preface this review that this product is usually five starts for me. I absolutely love this mix, it is my favorite chai mix I have found. However, my last order came in and tasted off. It is not expired, but smells and tastes off. It looks normal, but the taste and smell were off. I reached out to Amazon to get a refund and to explain the situation, but this product is illegible for a refund (understandable, food item). I also reached out to the company itself about a week ago, and have not heard back. Again, I love this product, and will be ordering again, but it is unfortunate and disappointing that I have reached out to resolve this issue and have gotten no where.

This product is delicious a must try. The flavor is chocolatey and just the right amount of chai.It can be hot or cold.
