For what seems like months I've been too anxious to finish a book. I started a lot of books but didn't seem to have the patience to finish them due to my high levels of extreme anxiety. Sitting down and reading a book just took too much concentration I didn't have. A few days ago I was feeling especially anxious after arguing with a friend. He said I could be doing better and even said I was smart enough to do better. I guess my point back to him was that I was psychologically doing the best I could. The lack of support from him made me feel even worse. It was then that these pills arrived in the mail. I took two and decided to sit down and find out if they could take away the anxiety that was gnawing at my psyche and body. About 10 minutes into the experience I suddenly started breathing more deeply. Then I noticed some of my anxious thoughts had subsided. I waited some more and then waves of peace started rolling through my body like warm water was being poured in through my head. Really! My eyes relaxed and softened. I didn't feel sleepy but just really calm. Fifteen minutes in I felt very mellow. My jaw relaxed and a deep sense of tranquility started forming in my consciousness. 30 minutes went by and I was feeling pretty normal and breathing deeper. A sense of joy seemed to be bubbling up into my conscious awareness as my fears, negative thoughts, conflicting ideas and even a sense of dread seemed to dissolve into a more present moment awareness of the room I was in. I finally got up and looked at the timer I'd set and it had been 55 minutes. I went to sit down again and let out a big yawn. Then my cat Fuzz came and snuggled and we sat together in complete relaxation and happiness. Everything seemed enhanced. The soft fur, the warmth of the cat on my chest, the beautiful purring. I felt this had a deeper effect than kava kava, hemp gummies or even Clonidine that I take twice a day. I am not a doctor, nor is this review medical advice but these did not knock me out just really relaxed me so I could have gone to sleep if I'd wanted to. What I noticed today is that yes, I did get that book finished I was struggling to read and I felt totally normal all day. I took two more pills today and feel great, just really efficient and getting some things done around the house for a change. My anxiety has mostly caused me to procrastinate about everything and now I think I'll be able to meet my goals more easily. I've tried a lot of remedies and this was the fastest and easiest solution. I could not seem to get a handle on my anxiety and then I remembered these pills and took two of them. They work very fast for me and cause me to calm down quickly to the point where I'm breathing normally and not crying. I'd say they are worth every penny when I really need them. They just stop the negative thoughts as well. It is like they remove the thoughts and you are just only thinking about good things. Like the first time I took them, they seem to enhance everything and make even a room look more beautiful. 6/21/2025 - I noticed that taking the pills at 7 pm at night made me sleep really well and I woke up early totally refreshed and got a whole lot done shopping by 11 am and even making breakfast and lunch without being too tired. What I notice most about these pills is how stress free I am, totally relaxed and getting things done around the house. My husband is impressed that I'm getting so organized and busy around the house!!!! Before I couldn't concentrate on anything for long and the anxiety was affecting my whole life! Now I have a solution! Yay! 10/4/2025 - Last night I was really stressed out and needed to leave the house and go to get some prescriptions and I took two of these pills and felt calm the rest of the night. I also slept great, woke up earlier and am getting things done today. I think my anxiety causes tons of procrastination and these pills help me get stuff accomplished! 11/14/2025 - I took two tablets before going to the dentist and that seemed to work to remove any anxiety! I've been taking these now right before anything I have to do that seems stressful. 11/15/2025 - When I take these I get way more cleaning done around the house. My entire house is almost spotless! For a long time I was too anxious to even get anything really done. I can't thank amazon enough for carrying these tablets. I am about to order my second box in a few weeks. There are 75 tablets so one box has lasted me months! You can't really put a price on feeling better. These make me so organized and I clean my house and I'm happy! It even helps the "nervous talking" I sometimes do. I can be quiet and serene sometimes as well. 12/17/2025 - Last night I was wide awake and could not get to sleep so I took two tablets and was asleep within the hour. So yes, these do help you calm down enough to get to sleep as well! I don't like being awake until 3 am but sometimes it happens. I know now just to take two tablets and go back to bed. 3/1/2026 - These tablets also seem to work if you don't get along with someone due to irritability of the person or yourself. The tablets make you more interested in listening to a person and you get along with them better. These could really save a lot of relationships!

This product has been a complete game changer for me. I’ve dealt my entire life with pretty bad anxiety, but it has gone to a whole new level during my perimenopause stage of life. Sometimes it’s crippling. I was recommended this product at my local natural store and I just bought it because I was trying to get out the door. But wow, this stuff is amazing. I’m finding this to be as effective as benzodiazepines, but without the sleepiness those bring. During this stage of life, these are must haves. I will add that these are more something you take “in the moment” of anxiety rather than as something that prevents an attack. Although I have anxiety, I still have kiddos at home and I need to be alert and on the ball; this product calms me down and I can still make morning carpool drop off. I’ve had zero side effects from these, just calm and real help. They are a bit pricey, but I feel like I can take a deep breath with these and to me, it’s so worth it.

This is something we always keep on hand for anxiety. It really does work! My friend takes it anytime he has to fly. My niece takes it before any testing in college. I take it when I'm feeling overwhelmed. No crazy side effects. It is even safe to drive a car when taking this product.

Since I can’t return I’ll leave a review. This was a waste of money. Took two tablets and still felt the exact same after. Not worth experimenting just to be out the cost and have no results.
