Very nice set, well constructed.

It is ideal workout for everybody

So far im loving this. It a good workout, very customizable and adjustable, assembly made enough sense. my only complaint is that the pull bar attatchment is a bit short, i really have to squeeze my arms inward to hold it while I pull, i just wish it was a bit wider, but its still useable! i like it.

I like the fact that you have the flexibility to choose how much resistance your body can use with these, because it comes with a total of 4 bands all that you link separately. At 71, all 4 was too much for me. Product appears to be extremely durable and should last a long time. I’d highly recommend it to tone up your body with muscle rebuilding!

Super easy to assemble.. anyone can do it! It's perfect.. it's exactly what I needed! It's good material.. not cheaply made.. it is worth the price! And the size if perfect for both tall and short people.. It's a great workout.. and another great item added to our workout collection!

Looks good & tension is good but was delivered to me with one missing Steel Spring Snap Hook.

Good tools to use for exercise, ease of assembly, ease of use, and workout effectiveness

Very difficult to use this product. The feet part is too thick and hard to keep one's balance. After only a few uses the band are stretched out to where they can no longer be used. Also, no instructions are included. I'm sorry while I will not return, I would not recommend people purchase this item.
