Achla Designs 125-0003 Backless, 4 ft Natural Finish Bench, 48-in L

Beautiful design and solidly built. Great, rich color, but the wood was nicked and scraped in several places due, I think, to the lack of padding in the box.

So easy to assemble, if you’re used to putting together furniture, you won’t need the instructions. Took me 6 minutes. It’s extremely sturdy, although we aren’t front porch sitters, we tried it out. I’m obsessed and can’t wait to decorate around it for the seasons. So glad we got it for a fraction of the price from other retailers.

The price on this is excellent and the shipping was very quick. This is my third teak bench from this company; the first was in 2012 and it was a lovely light color. I used teak oil on the first two benches and they have kept their light appearances since. The choice of either a 48" or 4'L was confusing; I received the 48" very quickly, but it was super dark. I returned it, and quickly got the replacement 4'L. It is also very dark, but I am going to keep it. I am hoping I can sand it, bleach it, or use something to lighten it. To have it match the other two benches, I should have ordered them all at the same time. Reading on-line, it seems teak can be lightened. For sure, the price is much cheaper ($88 on sale) than similar sized teak benches on Google, and it has lasted for over 12 years.

This is a great bench. The perfect size for my atrium. It came very well-packed and I was able to assemble it in less than 15 min. without help. Comfortably sits two along with our fur babies.
