6'2, 185lbsI don't have a big belly, but I do have love handles and a bit of a pudge that I'm trying to pull in for a big event coming up.I'm trying to eat healthy and lose weight but if I don't make my goal this is the backup plan.It did visibly bring my tummy back in, and helped with my love handles. My chest went from sagging in the front to bulging out the sides near the arm holes.So in some ways it was better in others it was worse. Hopefully I meet my goal and don't need it, but I think it'll serve the purpose I bought it for.

I am a big guy (5'9" 265lbs), and I had bought a couple Shaperluv compression shirts. The issue with the Shaperluv tanks was that they are not long enough and they constantly ride up my belly as I am walking around. This is pretty annoying. However, I also realized that in order for me to get some better compression results, I also needed to go a size down. I took the risk and ordered an x-large in this brand, and I am pleasantly surprised. When I first got it, I was like "oh boy" when I realized that I couldn't put it on like a normal shirt, and that I needed to put it on by pulling it up over my legs and waist. Once it is on and positioned correctly, you definitely notice the compression. I love the way it hugs my belly and chest and keeps everything in place. Plus, it is long enough so that it is never going to ride up and let my belly start handing out of the bottom of it. This tank goes a good 6 inches or so below my waist line. Overall, I give it 5 stars. My only question would be how do I wash this?

Purchased this shirt thinking it would help either my excess weight but when I tried it on it much too short . I’m an average height male and this shirt is 4 inches to short to be able to wear

Works well. I am 6'4 260lbs so I went with the XXL size. There is a noticeable slimming effect as well as improving my posture. My wife was impressed with the improvement. I'm tall(6'4) so a "Tall" option in sizing would be nice so it doesn't ride up as much. It's actually motivating me to lose weight.
