These detox pills work amazing. The first night I took one pill around 8pm. It didn’t kick in until 11:30am, second night I took it around 7pm they worked much quicker and kicked in around 2am. Then tonight I took 2 pills at 7pm and it’s 9:30pm and already working wonders. Mild stomach cramps, that doesn’t last long. I drink a LOT of water which I’m sure helps. If you have tried KA'OIR slimming tea or pills the pain is not as intense, these are much easier on the gut and way cheaper! Update: 2 pills is no joke lol! I’ve been going nonstop to the bathroom. Every time I drink water I’m instantly having stomach cramping and needing to go! I personally will not take 2 pills again.

This product works wonders.Be sure to drink plenty of water when taking.Cramps can get pretty bad if your not hydrated.It took about 10-11 hours for it to start working.If your not ready to be on the toilet,start off with taking 1.

I have the worst stomach problems and nothing really helps ease my bloating I feel horrible most of the time but this medicine has helped me so much. The quality is definitely a 10 out of 10 even if I don’t take the medicine daily and take it randomly it helps me and it’s easy to swallow. I definitely recommend this!!!

I bought these to help cleanse and restart my gut. Ive been on a dietary plan recently and hoped it would help me in my journey. Let me tell you, as someone who has EXTREME period cramps and usually a high pain tolerance. This pain was more than I expected. Even for me it was bad. The best thing to do if you plan on taking these is making sure to stay hydrated and remember to breathe. Its extremely painful due to the pills breaking down any bad things in your intestines or parasites. I had been taking apple cider vinegar gummies that helped me with my digestion on a daily and arent painful. I suggest taking those if you aren’t ready for pain but still want a gut reset. Besides that, Im already seeing a change in my body. I started with two pills the night before and I saw less bloating from me eating. Everything is great with these pills its just the fact that its painful. 😖

No soy de dejar reseñas ni comentarios etc etc. Pero me gustaría recomendar el producto a personas que están tratando de perder peso, pero también me gustaría remarcar que no es mágico realmente no hay ninguna producto en el mundo que sea mágico. Pon de tu parte, reduce los carbohidratos y deja el azúcar y sobre todo los refrescos. Yo no soy de hacer dieta pero he dejado todo con fuerza de voluntad y junto con este producto he perdido 14 libras. Toma mi comentario o déjalo. Suerte

They do what they’re meant to do. I would suggest increasing your fluid intake while taking these. I did have cramping with these but again I don’t believe I had enough liquids in me to flush everything out.
