Great for the Price
I got this laptop just to do online stuff and light computing; it is terrific for the price.

Windows will not update past win11 v 24H2.
This laptop has a C drive that can not be swapped out, and has a size that will never be seen by windows as big enough to install Windows 11 version 24H2. If you buy this, leaving it as windows "S" version might help, but win11 v 24H2 requires 64GB free disk space, and it will not update to this version.

Amazing price
Great price and product you get a free year of Microsoft subscription but in order to use the PC you must make a Microsoft account and hp account and email for both sorry that's ridiculous but Microsoft is a good company

Size
It's the same as my previous dell 11" laptop. Then why written 14"?

Machines works, OS is laughable
Computer works well...operating system is a joke. Windows still has not caught up to Mac unfortunately. Save half a day to set this machine up and surrender all your personal info. Never going back to a Windows platform!
