These work really well! The pad does exactly what it is designed to do. So far it is sturdy and makes doing hip thrusts at heavier weights more comfortable. It come with little straps for the barbell pad, but I haven't needed them as the pad doesn't move around once you actually start lifting (though this might be different doing different exercises).I bought them as I was starting to progress in the gym to the point where having a barball pad would make doing hip thrusts more comfortable, and figured I would get the d-straps and wrist straps as part of it - which was perfect cause now I am needing the wrist straps to help with my deadlifts 🥴

the color of this is such beautiful green, It’s very light weighted even tho it’s very thick and looks extremely durable , it’s super ready to use and it’s cheap for it to be such good quality set

The wrist straps definitely helped me lift more weight when it came to the barbell. The cable ties help me hold my weight while I was standing and pulled back. For the hip thrust barbell cover, it gives such cushion on your hips. It helps out a lot.

My Bar Pad came a little scuffed however the quality elsewise is very good for the price. The gym I go to has a regular Bar Pad and it's nowhere near as comfortable as this one. The ankle straps are very nice as well. Pls buy it very good.

I was going to Planet Fitness for about a year and these were a perfect staple to add to my gym bag to insure I get the best glute pump possible. I not longer need these as my current gym has a hip thrust machine and I've backed away from the cable extensions(for now), but I highly recommend getting these if your gym does not have the equipment or if these items are shared. I have very wide and sharp hips and this pad was perfect for me.

The padding is great to use when doing hip thrusts, no more bruises on my hips from the barbell! The ankles straps also work great!
