I recently purchased the Fine Ground Classic Celtic Sea Salt (5 lb bag), and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Pros: ✅ Rich, Natural Flavor: The flavor is noticeably more robust and complex compared to regular table salt. It enhances dishes without being overly harsh, bringing out the natural taste of foods. ✅ Unrefined & Nutritious: This salt is minimally processed, retaining its natural minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which adds to both the taste and nutritional value. ✅ Fine Ground Texture: The fine grind makes it easy to sprinkle evenly, whether you’re using it in cooking, baking, or as a finishing salt. It dissolves quickly, even in cold dishes. ✅ Bulk Value: The 5-pound bag is excellent value for the price, especially for those who cook regularly or prefer buying in bulk. Cons: ⚠️ Slight Moisture Retention: Since it’s unrefined, the salt tends to retain a bit of moisture, which can cause minor clumping. Storing it in an airtight container helps. ⚠️ Price: It’s more expensive than regular table salt, but the quality and health benefits justify the cost for me. Final Thoughts: The Fine Ground Classic Celtic Sea Salt is a high-quality, flavorful, and nutritious choice for anyone looking to upgrade their seasoning. Its natural mineral content and rich taste make it well worth the investment.

Our chiropractor recommended this brand of Celtic salt because of it's higher mineral content. The taste is great. It doesn't clump in the salt shaker, even with the moisture content.

We originally found a store locally to buy from, but that store is no longer are in business…but of course I was able to find it on Amazon and was a little cheaper online. It is a good quality and love the taste. We love the benefits of the minerals that our bodies need being included. We will not go back to iodide salt or even himalayan salt.

We've been using Celtic Sea Salt for 25 years and it is by far one of the best nutrition decisions we have ever made. The flavor is well rounded and mild and we are so used to quality salt that the "ordinary" cheap, white salt is noticeably harsh in comparison. We love the taste, but most of all we love the long, long list of trace minerals that balance out this salt. After 2+ decades of using it, my craving for salt has noticeably decreased because the nutritional needs that salt satisfies have been addressed. It is not white. A lot of people get this and are alarmed by the light grey color, thinking it is dirty. You should know that light grey is the color it is supposed to be and this doesn't indicate that anything is wrong. White is not a good color for salt and I have come to cringe when I see people using it. This fine ground variety is drier than the Coarse, Light Gray Celtic Sea Salt, and it can be used in a shaker. But be aware that it is still a bit coarser than ordinary table salt. It still does well in a shaker, though. We love this salt and are so glad that we can get it from Amazon now! :-D The only thing I'd advise it to pay attention to the price because it fluctuates significantly and it really pays to buy it low when available.
