This Boss Office Products Perfect Posture Deluxe Fabric Task Chair without Arms is surprisingly comfortable for a budget priced chair. It arrives in a large box and must be assembled. The box mine came in wasn't especially thick or sturdy and it was quite beat up and it had come open. My heart sank because I was worried parts would be missing or damaged but luckily, they were not. Everything was there and the parts were all in new condition. Assembly took me maybe 15 minutes once the parts were unpacked and there were no surprises. (I did need to hunt up a screwdriver as none was included.) The upholstery fabric is a plain weave, acrylic type, fabric that is comfortable on your skin. It's a deep burgundy color and looks nice with a wooden desk. The seat has a pneumatic lift so you can adjust the height easily to whoever is sitting in the chair. There are no arms, as this is a task chair, and it's small enough to fit in almost any little desk nook. What really surprised me was how comfortable it is! Both the seat and the back feature very comfortable padding and it's a joy to sit in so far. I got this for use in a small sewing room because of its small size and budget price and I'm very pleased with it. I will update if the pneumatic lifter starts getting wonky or if the padding breaks down but so far, it's great.

I finally had to give up my antique desk chair. While it fit my decor, it was time for it to go. Buying this modern desk (office furniture) chair was the best decision I've made so far this year! It took about 20 minutes to assemble. It look better in my living room than I thought it would. I held on to an antique chair because I always felt office furniture would look out of place in my house but I was wrong. This chair is comfortable and I love the wheels. It's a very nice burgundy color and looks good with my antique desk. I am enjoying this chair. The padding in the back and seat is fabulous and it was affordable. Feb 18, 2020 I've used the chair for almost a month and for the last 2 days, it's lost it's height overnight. I'm only 105 lbs so, it can't be from me sitting in it. The seat is down in the AM when I sit in it and I have to use the mechanism under the seat to bring it backup to the height I normally use at my desk. There's no reason why it should lower itself overnight unless there's a malfunction. :/ I'm hoping this is a temporary glitch because I can't use this chair if after I raise it, it won't STAY raised.

I originally bought this chair in 2014. I am reviewing it now because I am planning on ordering another one. I still have the first one but the color no longer matches my new bedroom remodel. The 2014 chair is still in great shape, never had a single issue with the height lift which has always broken on any other desk chair I have had in my house. This chair has great support, was easy to build and has a nice small footprint for a smaller room. I have used this chair every single day at my bedroom desk and 6 years later it's still going strong. I saw a picture someone posted of a chair with chewed up fabric and mechanical issues after a short time and I just wanted to assure those of you considering this purchase that whatever their issue was, it's not the norm. This is a well made chair and the fabric has held up just fine for me. I'm not a large person ( 5' 5", 120 pounds) but I think it will hold up quite well for the majority. Definitely recommend.

This is exactly what I was looking for. $62 is a good price these days, although more than I was looking to spend. Assembly was easy. The back is adjustable forward or back to balance support with seating position. The up and down range is adequate for changing between desk height and table height. I always find that arms get in the way of moving the chair close enough to the work area, so I got the version without the arms. I just got it so I can't rate the longevity, but I'm guessing that if I don't abuse it, it will last a few years at least. the rollers are large enough that I can maneuver the chair on my carpet with out getting a plastic pad, although I probably will get one to save the carpet. For those that care the red is a little lighter than I would call burgundy, but it's still dark enough for me. It was a big improvement over a dining room chair. Assembly took about 5 minutes. If I had two, the second one would have taken about 2 minutes.

They sent the wrong color which is disappointing. I ordered burgundy and they sent me grey. The chair seems to work ok. My concern was the density of the foam cushion and it seems pretty good. I just got it today so I'll see how it holds up. I would return for the correct color but I needed the chair today.

This chair is so wonderfully comfortable! I had been using an unpadded dining chair at my sewing maching, and my bones were really hurting. What a difference this chair makes!

2017 Update almost 2 years after my purchase in 2015: this chair loses its hydraulic ability to stay at the height that you put it at over a short time. I'm less that 150 lbs. This happened recently & I've been disappointed by this. For now it's hit & miss on when it slowly sinks after I put it back to the height that I want it. Although it's comfortable, I would've purchased a different chair. This chair is very comfortable & it was easy for me to put together. The burgundy color is very nice. The instructions that came with it is also for the chair model with arms. This one doesn't have them. This chair is well designed & great for small spaces. The price was better than I'd seen in office stores with chairs that weren't as comfortable as this one..

Love the fact it adjustS higher than most chairs which is what I needed. The padding is Thick and very comfortable with terrific back support which promotes great posture. Assembled in less than 10 minutes but only that long as the cylinder cones placement were a bit confusing as they fell off when I took the bag off. Other than that the instruction and product make sense and lines up perfectly.

love the color, and quality

I'm really impressed by this chair! I weigh around 290 lbs so I was worried it wouldn't support me very well, but it's very sturdy and a great option for the price. It only took about 10 mins to put together, and wasn't too labour intensive, though I did find the directions a little difficult to read. The raising/lowering mechanism was also a bit tricky to figure out, and was a hardest part to assemble. Overall I really like this chair. I work from home and use it every day, all day, and haven't had any back problems! Good buy.

It was easy to put together, it's a nice colour and generally looks good. I just don't find it as comfortable as I was hoping for long hours at the desk.

Finally, I have a chair that supports my back.
