I had to contact the company, because the cup top/lid didn’t stay on. They immediately responded and I received the new cup so fast and the lid fits great now. Thank you for being so responsive to my defective item and getting a replacement to me so fast. I understand that sometimes things aren’t perfect. But you rectified the issue so fast.
