I love this little amplifier. I use it daily as an Adventure Guide on the river. It is plenty loud and I really love having the Bluetooth capability added to it as well. One critique is that I believe it is a design flaw to have the power port and the microphone jack on the same side. While using the microphone headset, the power port is exposed to the elements with no protection from water (rain, river, dirt, etc.) But this amp is very durable, plenty loud and easily carried.

Well so far first full charge. After about a hour charge was down to 60%. The sound quality for music is as expected 1 to 10 about a 6. At first the controls seem like you could just touch them and they work, but you must press with more than a little pressure.To get them to respond which was OK once you know that's what's needed.As far as are they loud, I would say that in a room full of adults who are there to here you speak yes it's plenty loud enough. Now as for a bus with 40 elementary school students that are fairly behaved and a little loud, I'll find that answer on the end of the day on Monday, I'll update my review then.So the speaker has some weight, well built. But not sure about the quality of the material used in its manufacturing. The little doors seem to fit stiff not much flex to them, for which I said what type of plastic is this! Concerns was if it were cold outside and you dropped the speaker would the case be so brittle that it would shatter. Now the case is built tough it's thick so I'm going to say overall todayI could see myself buying another one. Just wait for my final review. UPDATE! So I use the speaker on my school bus primarily to talk to my students, just occasionally making sure there following the rules and being safe. So the speaker was at least on 4 hours and the battery remained at 70% at the end of the day which was great. And it is loud enough for my students in the back to hear. Loud and clear, maybe to loud. I can say that this speaker is good for most uses most good size rooms, provided it full of listening adults everyone should be able to hear you loud and clear.I'm adding one thing. For me I noticed a continuous sound when it was a full volume. I had the speaker right on the back of my seat didn't notice that sound until I got up out my seat. My only happen when I was talking. So turning the volume down should stop. UPDATE #2TODAY Ieft my 5w w-king speaker at home, so if I wanted music on my bus I had to use my SHIDU speaker so with 1 1/2 hours in the morning and about and two hours in the afternoon at near mid volume. The digital battery monitor went from 100% to 53% which I think was good.

Suena muy bien. Se puede usar como parlante para escuchar música además de usarlo para perifoneo o dar clases. El micrófono es muy robusto y el cable es de buena calidad. Se me ha caído varias veces y no se ha roto. Tan solo luce algunos raspones como evidencia de los golpes recibidos. Si la batería durara más de tres días le daría 5 estrellas, pero eso no es problema porque lo puedes poner a cargar en unas dos horas. Sin embargo, dado que tengo otro parlante cuya carga le dura dos meses, le doy 4 estrellas.

The item is amazing, it has beautiful features that I could use specially in classroom instruction. It has clear and loud sound.
