Q: Can this lock fit the pelican im2600 case for dji phantom 3 professional / advanced?

These locks fit my Pelican cases. I don't have a model 2600 but most (not mini for cell phones) models have the same metal covered lock hole (at least my 3 cases do.)

Q: Is it approved for use in Peru?

Yes it is approved. SUNAT has a TSA key for it!

Q: Can you use letters & numbers on the same lock? e.g. 2 letters + 2 numbers at the same time?

You cannot. You need to buy the # lock set or the letter lock set. I must say that I returned the locks because they didn't work well at all.
