Picked this up power lead after my old dash cam lead gave up on us – the metal bit from the cigarette plug literally dropped off mid-journey like it couldn’t be bothered anymore. This new one’s been spot on so far. Feels sturdier, fits properly, and powers the dash cam without any issues. No loose connections or faffing about, just does what it’s meant to – which is all I wanted really. Happy with it, especially after the last one fell to bits. Sometimes it’s the small reliable things that make all the difference when you’re out on the road.

I liked this car jack plug because it had a USB point for charging another item such as a phone. It keeps my dash cam on when the ignition is on. A well made handy item.

Bought it as a replacement for the other power cable for my dashcam. Yet, it doesn't fit perfectly into the slot and keeps falling out every now and again. Before buying consider that the 12V charger is not going to work efficiently for both your dashcam and other plugged in device
