Got the job done.
I bought it 2 months ago, first used today to sand down a door and door frame that have been rubbing and binding for years. I charged the battery when I first bought it and it just sat there until today. It worked very well, the sanding wheel that came with it did a great job after I learned to control it properly, less pressure is the way to go. Go easy you can't put it back once taken off.The sanding was on and off for about 45 minutes, the battery did well and the unit was smooth and easy on the hand, you can easily use it with one hand or 2 hands when you want greater precision. I completed the job, no more rubbing, I painted the door and frame. The results passed my wife's eye and performance test and that is not easy. This tool is fine for DIY projects around the home, it is light very portable and convenient. I don't know the limits of the batteries but it comes with two so the tool should not leave you stranded in the middle of a job. This is a multi-tool and it is not perfect for every job, for example it won't sand into a 90 degree corner but it will get you close enough.I like the tool it made my job much faster and easier and the wife is happy, what more can you ask for...

Handy product
Very handy tool holds a good charge and lasts longer than I thought it would. It's compact and that is important to me I'm a truck driver and saving room is important to me in the truck I ordered the extra cutting wheels for different types of metal that I used it on. Would recommend to anyone

OK for light duty
Already have several full size grinders. But don't always need that amount of power. On the flip side tool doesn't have a lot of power. But still has been sufficient for cutting through iron pipe and whatnot. And appreciate it's ~½ as loud as full size tool. For it's size and weight am comfortable to used with one-handed operation. Wheel spins up instantly but doesn't have enough rotational torque for it to jump when you pull the trigger.Powered by a standard brushed RS-550 motor. Replacement motors or brush heads are plentiful. And transmission is a 4:1 ratio (12T - 48T) so actual speed of the wheel is closer to 4000RPM (unloaded). The guard can be rotated but need to loosen 3 tiny ant sized screws to do so. Not the best design. The 2000mAh battery claim is very inaccurate. Disassembled the packs and tested several cells (unbranded, no labeling), actual capacity was ~1250mAh. For the light tasks this tool is intended for it's sufficient but that is still gross false advertising. Packs have (very basic) integrated BMS + charging circuity. Power adapter is rated at 16.5V/1A with a common barrel connector. Do not attempt to charge with adapter of any higher rating. As stated the circuitry is very basic and could both damage the packs and lead to overcharging.Molded case is kinda meh. Weakest part is the hinge, expect will need to repair with zip ties in short order. No complaints with the actual latches as yet. It's not a good tool. But it's cheap and not expecting Milwaukee quality. For what I intend to get out of it though it's OK.

Don’t do it
I’m a contractor took this grinder out on a job and it did not perform every time I put it up against anything it just stopped. It’s been too long for me to send this back, but don’t make the same mistake. I did don’t do it. I wouldn’t recommend you buy this With somebody else’s money.

Great little machine
I was very pleased with the product and how easy it was to use. I didn't expect the power it had due to it's size. I had an issue with the lock button so I contacted the seller and within a few days I had a replacement. The seller was very understanding and cooperative. I'll update with how the replacement goes maybe it was just an anomaly with the first one

Good power
Nice and powerful grinders. Battery has a good life to it. Only reason I give it 3 stars is there is no button to lock the wheel to keep it from spinning to crack the bolt loose to change out blades. It comes with a little dinky screwdriver that you gotta stick into a hole and hold it and then try to crack the bolt by hand. Probably one of the worst designs I have ever seen. But I use a quarter inch ratchet with an Allen socket is the best way to do it.

Good design
The latest design package that I got hit the high mark, small but still powerful enough for medium sized materials, quite ergonomic, as well as with two batteries included. Hope it will last, but is being great so far.

Not what's shown to be!
This package shows two batteries, but I received only one. The one battery was almost impossible to insert or remove! There is no chuck lock to aid in chancing disks. Overall, it appears cheaply made... The manual leaves a lot to be desired and has no diagrams to go along with the instructions. Unfortunately, I waited too long to try it out and can't return it! I guess you get what you pay for and sometimes even less! P.S. I've worked as an electrician and Panel builder, so I'm very familiar with power tools.
